1Membership Eligibility

The kikat69 platform is an online entertainment service available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Not listed on any active self-exclusion program
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Kikat69 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If a user is found not to meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be terminated immediately and all remaining balances will be handled in accordance with our established anti-money laundering procedures.

2Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at kikat69. Multiple account registrations by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• The username must be your real name as shown on an official identification document
• An active and accessible email address is required for registration
• A valid Malaysian phone number is required for SMS verification
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal

3Deposits & Payments

6Game Rules

• Kikat69 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• In the event of a technical disruption on kikat69's end that causes a game to be interrupted, kikat69 will refund the bet amount to the player's account

Kikat69's maximum liability to any user in any calendar month is limited to the amount deposited by that user during the month in question.

10Account Termination

A kikat69 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• By the user: You may request account closure at any time via live chat or support email
• By kikat69: We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice
• Self-exclusion: Users who apply for a self-exclusion program will have their access terminated for the specified duration
• Inactive account: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5

When an account is terminated at the user's request or due to self-exclusion, any remaining balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

11Terms Amendment

Kikat69 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amendment procedure is as follows:
